the âsowanânihk council is comprised of Elders and Knowledge Keepers from local First Nations and Métis communities, together with settler scholars from Alberta and Saskatchewan
We meet both virtually and in person throughout the year to make decisions around the course of research at the site, site protection, and the development of educational resources.
